Health & Safety Consulting & Training

We have years of effective experience in the leadership of all Health and Safety Activities in organizations. We can provide our expertise in building and implementing premium self-sustaining H&S cultures. A special niche we have is assisting those who are new and/or have little experience, education, or training in the field. We also assist those that assigned the primary H&S role but also have other job assignments. We work towards making all these H&S Leaders more self-sustaining.

Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, & Remediation

We have vast experience with Hazards Identification with proven Remediation Solutions The process starts with a comprehensive base-line audit with Risk Factor Analysis on each item. Risk factor analysis assists with assigning priorities and using resources. In this assessment we recommend remediation recommendations. We then assist the customer by giving the customer tools to track their progress.

Safety Policies and OSHA Compliance

We provide our customers with advice using our expertise in OSHA Requirements and conventional manufacturing practice. We offer recommendations on H&S policies, procedures, SOPs, and Standard Work to meet OSHA compliance and more importantly ensure employee safety. We assist customers by sharing knowledge of OSHA requirements and providing guidance on OSHA preparation, communication, training, and remediation.

Training & Education

Managers, supervisors, shop leaders, and employees must understand the requirements of OSHA and common industrial practice to keep everyone safe. We have the expertise and experience to train and educate all employees by providing training in specific H&S topics and OSHA requirements. We are particularly experienced in offering skills training in leadership, team building, and communication to managers, supervisors, and shop leaders.
